An inverted plasma teardrop

aspirates into the sea

with airbrushed lime wings

fondling a rose

they shriek and moan in Pacific Beach

it ricochets off my skull

and vibrates to my toes

 

squeeze the juice from a guava tree

and mix it in a bowl of rice

doesn’t it taste like

a climaxing extraterrestrial?

doesn’t it feel nice?

now feed it to the mice
